Have you ever tried sightseeing in Dubai? It's not like a holiday in any ordinary destination; in Dubai one's aim to witness the true essence of the city is very high. Situated on seven miles of golden sands it has the most amazing architectural structure anywhere in the world. And if you are an adventure lover Dubai offers some of the best mountaineering spots and cliff diving in the world. Dubai is actually a city and emirate within the United Arab Emirates situated on the Arabian Peninsula, with an absolutely lively nightlife scene and luxury shopping. Burj-Al-Arab, the largest tower, dominates the skyline at its peak. Check out Palm Tower.

Just offshore at the Persian Gulf lies the desert-drenched Burj-Al-Arab. At its height it dominates the skyline at the same height as the Burj camel, the only seven-storey building on earth today that forms an open air mall, shops and restaurants, hotels, and even a skywalk. At its lower level is another popular spot called the Dune Bashing which is the only beach in the world where you can watch sand smacking into the horizon from a sandbank at almost 100 feet.

Sightseeing in Dubai requires no sightseeing tour of the region, because all you need is a trip to one of the many Dubai travel attractions that offer Dubai sightseeing at a price that's well within your budget. An example would be an undersea aquarium, where you can swim with sharks, stingrays, turtles and manta rays in their natural habitat. There are over two dozen species of marine animals including sharks, stingrays, turtles and manta rays. On an average, if you pay for the aquarium tours, hotel and airline tickets and spend about two hours in the area, you'll be spending around $100 for a total experience of up to two hours.

To get even closer to the aquatic life, the Dubai Aquarium offers two Underwater Zoos where visitors can view a variety of fish, sharks, dolphins and other creatures of the deep. The Dubai Aquarium Tickets is available in different prices depending on the length of your stay, day of the week or time of day. Some of the highlights include the Dolphin Show, the Pirate Ship, the Underwater Zoo, the World of Sharks and the Belahiga. There are also the Bio reserves that are home to millions of stingrays, turtles and other marine creatures. The garden's wall are filled with exotic plants and flowers, while the gardens tunnel boast of fruit trees and fountains.

Sightseeing in Dubai is not complete without a look at the dazzling Burj Al Arab Hotel and its glitzy entrance. Upon exiting the Burj Al Arab Hotel, you will see a very striking water fountain on your way to the Burj Al Arab's Dubai Creek. It is the largest of the water features, which allows visitors to take a cool drink at the fountain while taking in the sights. You will also see an enormous fish pond at the centre of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. Another attraction worth seeing in Dubai is the Madinat Jumeirah Water Park, which offers a whole host of rides and attractions such as an eco-tour, a boat ride to the top of the water park, the opportunity to feed the dolphins or go through the tunnel.

The Madinat Jumeirah Water Park is only open from six pm to midnight on weekdays and from six am to 4 am on weekends. Visitors can also enjoy the day and then visit the aquarium and then walk over to the Madinat Jumeirah Restaurant for a delicious meal. There is no admission charge for the Madinat Jumeirah Water Park, but children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the water park. Madinat Jumeirah is located next to the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel, so it is easy to get there. Read more about Palm Tower Dubai5.
